Shipping Information

  • Accurate Address Required: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once the order is processed, we cannot modify the shipping address.
  • Shipping Origin: All packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Weston, Florida.
  • Tracking Details: Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress. (Please provide an active email address to receive your tracking number)
  • Delivery Issues: If your tracking number indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please reach out to us for further assistance.

Delivery Issues FAQ

  1. What should I do if my package is delayed and still in transit?
    If your package status shows it is still in transit and there has been a delay, please allow up to 15 days for the process to be completed. Unfortunately, due to our insurance policy, we cannot file a claim before 15 days from the shipping date. If your package still hasn’t arrived after this period, please contact us, and our team will be happy to assist you.
  2. My package status shows 'Delivered,' but I haven't received it. What should I do?
    If the status of your package shows 'Delivered' but you have not received it, please take the following steps before contacting us:
  • Check with members of your household to see if anyone has received the package.
  • Check with your neighbors in case the package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address.
  • Check your inbox

If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact us at team@freezbone.com and we will open an investigation. 

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Africa, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping Fees (Without insurance)

  • U.S.A Domestic Shipping: $5.99 (USD) for all domestic orders.
  • Canada Shipping: $15.99 (CAD) for orders shipped to Canada.
  • Worldwide Shipping: $16.77 (USD) for all international orders.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and must be paid by the recipient.

Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, it cannot be canceled—no exceptions.
