I like making treats for Breeze in his freezebone but the larger cups weren’t available (still aren’t) so I purchased the star as it said it was good for large dogs. Well, it holds a lot buts it’s very short meaning it’s only about 3/4-1 inch thick so of course my very smart, food motivated lab figured that he can just bite it and the frozen pieces break apart and he simply eats them rather than having to spend time licking it like an ice cream. needless to say it takes him about 180 seconds to get though his freezebone. This wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for. I’m trying to devise something that this star sits in so he can’t just bite on it to break the frozen treats apart. I will still give him the star because he likes the treats I’ve been making. Usually yogurt with either PB, banana, or pumpkin over blueberries.

Our one-year-old dog Coco just loves her freeze bone! Here is a pick up one of the dinners we have made her which contains Greek yogurt, a little sweet potato and her food and some blueberries. We also have the small round standing freeze bone for her treats. We mix them with Greek yogurt and fruit.

Kindle loves her Freezbone Star! She isn’t very food motivated so I love that I can change what I want to put in it based off of what she enjoys, and if she doesn’t finish it I can pop it back in the freezer for later!

I bought this for my senior pup after buying bigger ones for my puppies and seeing his sad little face wanting one. It’s perfect for him! It holds half of his food mixed with yogurt and pumpkin. His eyes light up when I pull it out of the freezer and it’s easy for him to maneuver to get every last morsel.

I have a 4 year old GSD mix and a 2 year old staffy mix, both super chewers with lots of energy. When I need to distract them and get some quiet time, these Stars get 5 stars! They hold the perfect amount of filling (mine love puréed pumpkin, Greek yogurt, wet dog food or bone broth) and are deep enough to add little treats or berries.
It keeps them entertained for at least 30 minutes, more if I’ve added the treats to dig for. FreezBone has created something that is just as easy to clean as a bowl, without dripping stuff everywhere.

My pup and I love the Freezstar. It’s large enough to hold a nice size snack! This time I loaded it up with chicken, rice, and pumpkin because she’s had an upset tummy. I keep a few ready in the freezer for when I have to leave her home.

I needed a way to slow down Oliver’s eating. I had a hard time finding the right size for my flat faced bully. Then I discovered Freezbone. It is perfect for bully breeds. Oliver loves it and it slows down his eating and gives him something to do. I was worried about him making a mess so I gave it to him in his crate the first time. Now he gets to eat it outside of the crate because there is no mess at all. He can’t wait to get his Freezbone at lunch.

I have two senior dogs who have become very picky eaters. The recipe that works the best for them is pumpkin, plain Greek yogurt, and a tiny jar of chicken or turkey baby food. I mix it together and freeze. They love it!

Freezebone is so much fun. I make my boy a Freezebone 3-4x a week and he loves it, keeps him occupied and is totally healthy. Being creative with the ingredients is the best part. We have used Blueberries, sweet potato, tuna, cottage cheese, eggs, beef, honey, bananas, carrots, and many more. Waaay better than the chemicals in the store bones/treats you buy in store!

My pup loves his FreezStar. He's a flat nosed pup (shih tzu maltese mix) so he struggles with other toys because he can't get his face into them enough to get all the snacks out but he's able to get his whole star licked clean because it's nice and shallow with just enough grooves to keep him from gulping down his food. I can't recommend this product enough for smaller dogs. Even my pit mix has borrowed the FreezStar occasionally for her snacks and she loves it. Holds just around 1/2 cup of food so it's great for my shih tzu's meals or for a snack for the bigger pups.

My 5 dogs love their stars. I love making up different combinations to fill it. I do wish it would stay frozen a little longer, even after 2-3 hours in the freezer they're done in 20 minutes. But it does provide a nice snack for them.
