Return Process

• Eligibility: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Some items, such as clearance or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
• Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the returned product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
• Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Store Credit

• Refunds: Store credit refunds do not include original shipping costs. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

International Returns

• Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees for returned products. These costs are not covered by Freezbone.
